Just to let everyone know that Steph gave birth to her and husband Steve's first baby on the 12th November 2010, a little girl, named Poppy Belle Newman. She came back from maternity leave in April 2011 and would like to thank Assistant Teacher Amy for covering the classes so wonderfully while she was away!

Our first exam session in May went really well and all dancer's passed their Street & Disco exams, as always, with flying colours! The highest exam marks were a record breaking fantastic 98 out of 100!!

A HUGE well done to all our dancers who participated in our Mid-Year Show on Sunday 19th June 2010. We had a fantastic day and everyone did themselves proud!! Well done to our competition winners of the day - Ella Hudson, Abigail Rivett, Megan Scott and Sophie Dunkley who all came 1st place in their Disco competitions! Another thank you and big well done to all our fabulous Thrapston Charter Fair dancers on Saturday 25th June 2010!

Our next exam session is to be held in September. Letters will be around shortly.

We are looking at holding a sponsored dance-a-thon for CLIC Sargent - Caring for children with cancer after the summer holidays. This will be our third dance-a-thon. Back in 2007 & 2008 we raised approximately £1700 for the charity!

Our 2011 shows will be the weekend of the 10th & 11th December at The Masque Theatre, Barton Seagrave. Our rehearsal will be on Sunday 4th December.
